Refund policy
We really hope you love your items you ordered, but just in case you aren’t happy with something here is everything you need to know about returning!
~You will submit your return request inside of your customer account. We will send you a label once your return is approved. Please do not submit a return request for in store purchases. These can be returned to the store with no request.
~ Please include original packing slip for us to easily locate your order.
~ Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving.
~Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.
~Items that appear to be worn, have stains, pet hair or have odor (perfume, cigarette, etc.) will not be accepted.
~You may drop your return to the store to avoid shipping fees.
~Return shipping costs will be deducted from your total return.
~Refunds will go back to your original payment method.
CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBALE FOR A RETURN
IN-STORE POLICY
Items purchased in the store may be exchanged or issued store credit within 14 days of purchase. Store credits never expire and may be used for any item. No returns onto original forms of payment. After the 14 days the item is no longer eligible for any of the above.
